Conflict Coaching


We use a unique methodology developed through intensive training in Conflict Coaching and 20 years of providing coaching to high-level executives.

In Conflict Coaching, the coach facilitates a process for the client to gain self- and other-awareness, learn skills to manage conflict, and develop strategies to move forward constructively. We help individuals manage a specific conflict and/or build their overall capabilities.



A senior research scientist at a large pharmaceutical company was not managing conflict effectively. An intense fear of failure propelled him to be overly aggressive when he felt people were blocking his path to success. This led others to avoid him. We helped him uncover what was behind his aggressive reactions, and worked with him to modify his approach without losing his drive for success.
